Women are a force
at work.

Did you know that around 1.8 million women have left the workforce since the start of the pandemic? As a brand committed to supporting women throughout their life and work journey the Light + Fit brand team knew they had to do something about this troubling stat, so they joined forces with Dress for Success. Dress for Success the only global non-profit employment resource for women, an ideal partner for this mission. Enter these new lemon cream and orange cream yogurt packs, aimed to create awareness and further the mission of the organization. The partnership proved successful and included a $100,000 donation from Danone North America to Dress for Success, a substantial push in the right direction. Scroll down for a sneak peak into the process.

With significant timing constraints, the rigorous approval and production process tied to LTO launches, it quickly became apparent that this project required a unique approach to the creative process. Our team moved quickly to research the competitive landscape and develop design territories, all while working in parallel to get budget approvals for a process never before implemented at Danone. I moved swiftly to develop an illustration brief and search for illustrators that reflected the values of this project. This approach resulted in a very successful initial round that included three creative territories. Below is a brief look into the process.
